Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. No time limit, no credit card required. You get 10 STL exports total to try the tool properly. After that, upgrade to Pro for unlimited exports.
What does the watermark look like?
Free exports include a small “cutclay.com” brand tab attached to the top edge of the cutter — a rounded nameplate about one-third of the cutter’s width, with raised CutClay letters sitting proud of the tab. It’s there so you know it’s from CutClay. Pro removes the tab entirely, giving you a clean cutter you can sell.
Can I sell cutters made with CutClay?
Pro and Lifetime include a commercial license — you can sell physical cutters and products made with your designs. Free is personal use only.
What happens to my designs if I cancel Pro?
Your account stays active on Free tier. You keep your download history and can view all your past designs. Re-downloading requires an active Pro subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Digital goods are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned.” If you have a genuine issue (duplicate charge, technical failure), contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Lifetime later?
Yes. If you’re already on Pro, you can upgrade to Lifetime for $150 instead of the full $199 — your current Pro year rolls over as credit. Email [email protected] from your Pro account address and we’ll apply the upgrade discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Annual billing only — it works out to about $4/month and avoids the hassle of monthly charges. Lifetime is available if you prefer to pay once and forget about it.
