Why STL quality matters for cutters
Not all STL files are equal. Poorly generated cutter STLs have non-manifold edges, inverted normals, or gaps in the mesh that cause slicers to produce unreliable toolpaths. The result is weak walls, missing sections, or prints that fall apart after a few uses.
