Refund Policy

All digital sales are final
CutClay products are digital goods delivered instantly. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. This is the standard practice for instant-delivery digital tools (Figma, Canva, stock STL marketplaces all follow the same model). Buying Pro or Lifetime is a final transaction.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is non-refundable.
What we will fix, no questions asked
We will absolutely correct the following — these aren’t refunds, they’re fixes:
- Duplicate charges — if you were billed twice for the same product in error, we refund the duplicate.
- Failed delivery — if your license key doesn’t activate, your subscription doesn’t unlock Pro features, or your STL download doesn’t work within 48 hours of purchase.
- Incorrect charge — if the amount charged doesn’t match what was shown at checkout.
- Unauthorized use — if someone charged your card without your permission, please contact your bank first, then email us.
Subscriptions
Pro (annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
